Why LOXsIT ?
The LOXsIT security system for ATVs, Quads and
Trailers is designed to offer you the most modern secure lock to protect your property,
maximising your chance to beat the thief.
Loxsit is a unique ground anchor lock which
has achieved the Gold Standard from Sold Secure, offering optimum security for your ATV,
Quad, Trailer, Horsebox or Jet Ski.
Is it
impossible for a thief to steal my property ?
No, there is no security system in the world that will
offer complete protection, just as the most secure banks in the world get robbed and the most protected
Presidents get shot, there is ultimately no such thing as impossible.
However, at Loxsit we have tested our system and are positive that our system is the safest ground anchor lock available.
So
why bother to secure your ATV / Quad or Trailer ?
Why not give yourself the maximum chance against the
thief, not all thieves are clever, or have the same dastardly ability to steal your goods. But, if
you buy a system which rules out most clever, determined thieves then you rule out the vast
proportion of the criminal population.
Theft of ATVs Quads and Trailers continues to increase in most countries as they are rarely
recovered and have a ready market to sell on to.
So how does
LOXsIT stop thieves?
LOXsIT is unique
First and most important the Loxsit ground anchor lock is part of an integral design where the
ground anchor is part of the complete mechanism, designed to work with the rest of the
product. If your product is not ground anchored then a thief will simply lift, bounce or
winch your ATV / Quad onto a trailer and be off.
Loxsit is a very secure, independently tested system, tested by the Master Locksmiths
Association, Sold Secure, to its highest Gold Certificate standard. For more information

LOXsIT beats sledgehammers
Thieves will attack using a sledgehammer to bash a padlock; Loxsit resists this attack through both the strength of
the materials and the design of the lock casing, along with the strength of hardened steel in the
padlock itself. The padlock is a special shape designed to reduce the ability of a thief to sledge
the lock away. The Loxsit pin from the ground anchor works with the internal dimension of the padlock
and shackle reinforcing each other to resist such attacks. |
LOXsIT v Hacksaws
Hacksaw attack is common, it is relatively quiet and works on many security products, but not Loxsit
which is half inch steel hardened to avoid the cutting attack. |
LOXsIT 1 Slidehammer 0
The Slide Hammer attack involves drilling the lock; securing a screw and using a Slide Hammer to break the lock.
But Loxsit has a shield that prevents the thief getting sufficient angle to drill the lock.
The is a popular form of attack and one which Loxsit is prepared for!
Hammer and Cold Chisel no match for LOXsIT
A Hammer and Cold Chisel are used by thieves to break the lock from the bottom; Loxsit has a hasp, on which the padlock
sits, giving the thief no angle to apply the force necessary to break it. |
Lock Pickers beware
Picking the lock will not be successful Loxsit has a unique design feature of a pin number within the
lock. A big challenge for even expert thieves.
Nitrogen Attack No Good
The internal lock mechanism will also resist nitrogen attack. Thieves apply nitrogen to freeze the lock,
attempting to make it brittle so they can then break it with some tools. Loxsit will resist this
attack because our lock materials will not cool to the temperature that makes breaking the lock
possible. |

Bolt Cutters can't beat LOXsIT
Bolt cutters are employed on many chain and padlock systems, this is one of the most common methods of attack. Loxsit is made from hardened half inch steel which at its narrowest point is three inches wide; bolt cutters will have no effect on this product at all.
This is one of the most common tools thieves carry as they travel around an area seeking potential victims.
No Leverage with LOXsIT
Manipulation from poles and other methods will not work on Loxsit, the positioning of the product on the ATV and the shape of the lock prevents the thief from winning. |
