Charges and options

The contents of your order and your country will determine which delivery services are available to you. All charges will be automatically included in your purchase price when you complete the delivery address (which in all cases must be the cardholders address). For countries outside the UK, Ireland, EU and USA please contact us directly on info@loxsit.com for specific charges
Delivery FAQs

When and how will my order be delivered?
    The standard delivery times for UK are 3 days, Ireland 3 days, EU up to 8 days and USA up to 14 days. Generally the delivery times are much faster, but should you experience a delivery outside this period contact info@loxsit.com to investigate.

    The item(s) will be delivered to the cardholders address between the hours of 8.30 to 5.30. The items must be signed for by the cardholder to reduce the opportunity for fraudsters.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
    It is imperative that the goods are signed for, if you are out then a card with details of what to do next will be left at your address.
Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy
    If the goods arrive incomplete, damaged or faulty then please advise our customer service department at info@loxsit.com and they will arrange for the goods to be collected, you will either be entitled to exchange the goods or a full refund, this is your choice. In this event you will not incur any charges.

    If within 28 days of receiving the goods and they have arrived in good condition, fit for purpose but you decide to return the goods, then contact customer service on info@loxsit.com to arrange collection, upon return you will be refunded the value of the goods less the collection cost and the £10 chargeback fee.

    If you decide to return the goods between 28 days after delivery and 60 days after delivery you will be charged the collection cost, the chargeback fee £10 and an administration fee of £25.
How do I return and item?
    Refer to the returns and refunds policy for any charges and conditions attached to a return. When you are satisfied contact info@loxsit.com to arrange collection of the item or you can arrange delivery to our address, see contact details. If you arrange delivery to our address you will be responsible for the goods until they reach Loxsit.
When do I get my refund once I've returned the goods?
    Please give us at least two weeks to process the refund once we have received the goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account less any charges due, (see refunds and returns policy)
