Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions
set out below.

Prices and payment
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on
the site, are Loxsit's prices and are inclusive of VAT. The UK rate of
Vat will apply for all deliveries made to EU countries. Delivery will
be charged in addition, and additional charges are clearly displayed
where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid
and effective only in the United Kingdom and EU countries.
Loxsit cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full
(including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will
confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail or by post, which will
be sent to the e-mail, or postal address you provide on your order
details. Whether or not you receive this confirmation, our
acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract
between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Credit and debit card payments
A secure payment processor, World Pay, processes all card payments. Only
World Pay will receive your confidential payment details, card numbers,
expiry dates etc.

Your right to cancel your order
You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods are delivered.
In some cases we may be unable to prevent your order from being despatched,
we will arrange collection of your order at your convenience.

Our returns and refunds policy
If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from Loxsit, you
may return it to us within [28] days of delivery. We will exchange or refund
any item returned to us, as sold in the original condition, with the sales
invoice receiving your order. Upon return you will be refunded the value of
the invoice less the collection cost and £10 charge back fee.
Exchange and refunds
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery, we will exchange
the product or issue a full refund to you including delivery charges.
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any other reason we will exchange
or refund unused items as sold, in their original saleable packaging, to you
including delivery charges. The collection of the goods will be arranged
through our nominated delivery carrier and the cost of return will be at your expense.
Refunds will be paid within [30] days of receipt of the returned
order.
If you decide to return the goods between 28 and 60 days after delivery you will
receive a refund of the invoice value less the collection cost, £10 charge back
fee and a £25 administration fee.

of the unwanted goods.

General
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our
obligations to you is frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God,
war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock-outs,
trade disputes, acts or restraints of government, restriction in
positions or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause
not within the reasonable control of Loxsit.
Please ensure that you have received and checked your order in full
before attempting to fit your product.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a
matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall be effective
and shall remain in force.
[We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this
site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products
themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate.]
To the extent permitted by law, Loxsit accepts no liability for any loss, damage or
injury as a consequence of the product purchased. Liability is limited to the price
of the product purchased.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with Northern Irish law and the Northern Irish courts shall
have jurisdiction over any dispute between us.
In these terms and conditions :
"Loxsit"
means Loxsit Ltd and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods order by you and any successor to its business;
"We and Us"
means Loxsit, either alone or together with you, as the context requires
"Working Day"
means every day for the year except weekends, and Northern Irish statutory and public holidays.
"You"
means the person ordering goods subject to the terms and conditions.
